Over the last 20 years, more and more companies have begun to see the benefits of the Toyota Production System. High productivity, optimum quality, satisfied customers and employees can be achieved through the application of the Toyota principles.

WLC and our consultants were pioneers in Europe and have developed and built some of the first lean factories and administrative areas in accordance with LEAN and LEAN PRODUCTION MANGEMENT.

 It was and it is always important to remember to adjust the LEAN principles to match the needs and cultures of different companies and different people therefore being flexible to adapt as required while also remaining true to the philosophy.
